Cancellation Policy
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS / LOSS OF BOOKINGS / REFUND / TRANSFERABILITY
Alterations or cancellations:
- A) All Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato digital Products ( video courses, eBooks) are not transferrable, but you have lifetime access and will continue to have access to the course after you complete it, while the platform continue to exist .
- B) All Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato online or onsite live sessions or private lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting the contracted service. Instead, online or onsite live private sessions or private lessons will be rescheduled for another day or another event, or transferred to a family member.
Note: Sessions and classes will not be refunded.
To change/cancel a booking, go to the main menu in Client Area and login to access your online Control Panel and go to bookings and choose Reschedule or Cancel, as appropriate, next to the booking you wish to change/cancel. If you have any problems, please contact us immediately by phone or email to cancel the booking. Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato is not responsible for “late cancellations” if you do not contact us in writing or by phone before the 24-hour cancellation period.
- C) All live workshops or courses (online or onsite) of the Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato Programme can be cancelled up to one week before the date of the event without loss of the purchased service. Instead, the online or onsite workshop or course will be rescheduled for another day or event, or transferred to a family member.
Note: workshops and courses are non-refundable.
To change, cancel or transfer a booked workshop or course, please contact us immediately by phone or email at smartmove.igung@gmail.com. Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato cannot be held responsible for “late cancellations” if you do not contact us in writing or by phone before the one week cancellation period.
Refunds: Cancellation and refund rights and any limitations in these Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds can only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. You agree that you are responsible for checking the details of your Product purchase or Service booking at each stage of the booking and payment process. Refunds are discretionary and will not be granted in any event later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the digital Products or Services. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20 euros which is deducted from the total price of the Products ( video courses, eBooks) or Services: individual sessions/plans, bookings or appointments ( online or onsite). You must authorise and allow us to process this fee before a refund can be made.
Refunds take 5 to 10 working days to appear in your statement.
There are no partial refunds.
Transferability: Products ( video courses) are not transferable. Online or onsite sessions, classes, workshops and courses may be transferred to another family member at physiotherapist discretion due to extreme health or professional demands you may have.
Health Insurance: Smart Move iGung by Aline Tisato does not currently accept Health Insurance:. The physiotherapist is out of the health insurance network and works as a paid provider. Only upon request, at the end of the month of Online or onsite sessions/one to one plan, for long term treatments, we will provide you with a receipt, so that you can submit it to your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to complete the forms and apply to your insurance provider for cover.
Holiday periods / Freezing of your session-plan:
– All package/session-plans cannot be extended or frozen free of charge due to restricted hours during public or religious holidays, or the Christmas period. You must book in the calendar on the website, all your sessions (plans) purchase within a period of 16 weeks from the date of purchase.
