They have in them all the reflexology points as well as the transitioning points of several acupuncture meridians of the body. The state of our feet have a major impact in the functioning of the internal organs, diaphragm, spinal column and the body and mind as a whole.
The SMART MOVE FEET WORKOUT course is comprised of 5 deep yet easy exercises, extracted from the healing power acupuncture, reflexology and internal martial arts which produce immediate positive results in the practitioner body and mind.
